Not completely happy with your order? No worries. You have up to 30 days after delivery to return your product.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• For hygienic products (such as brushes or bath accessories), returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened.

How does it work?

1. Send an email to support@besonno.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You’ll receive return instructions within one business day.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your purchase amount promptly.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
