Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

Day: calendar day;

Long-term contract: an agreement concerning a series of products and/or services delivered or acquired over time;

Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information for future reference;

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period;

Entrepreneur: Beau, the entity offering products and/or services remotely;

Distance contract: an agreement concluded through distance communication methods;

Distance communication technique: a means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together;

Terms and Conditions: the current terms and conditions of Beau.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Beau and to every distance contract concluded between Beau and the consumer.

Beau reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be announced in a timely manner and will apply to future agreements.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services provided.

Images and specifications are indicative; no rights can be derived from them.

Additional charges, such as customs duties or import taxes, may apply and are the consumer’s responsibility.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is established once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions.

Beau will confirm receipt of acceptance electronically without delay.

Beau reserves the right to refuse orders for valid reasons, such as payment issues or suspected fraud.

Cancellation by the consumer may result in costs being charged.

Article 6 – Withdrawal and Returns

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify Beau within 14 days of receipt and return the product within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Beau will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Article 7 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal rights are excluded for products that:
Are custom-made based on consumer specifications; Are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed; Are perishable or have a limited shelf life; Cannot be returned due to health or hygiene concerns.

Article 8 – Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change due to tax adjustments or market developments.

Multiple secure payment methods are offered. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

In case of late payment, Beau reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.

Article 9 – Delivery and Fulfillment

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the consumer.

Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, with a maximum delivery time of 30 days.

If a product is out of stock, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the order without charges.

Beau is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

Article 10 – Warranty and Complaints

Beau guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the expected standards of usability and quality.

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

The warranty is void if the product is misused or altered by the consumer.

Complaints can be submitted to our customer service. Beau aims to respond within 14 days.

Article 11 – Changes and Other Provisions

Beau reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be published on the website.

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Beau and the consumer.

Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual consultation. If necessary, the consumer can contact the competent court in the Netherlands.
