We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kiangolshayan.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

Important: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
